Peacan-Crusted Tilapia Fillets

4 3oz Tilapia filets
2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 tsp chopped parsley

Preheat oven 450 F. Place tilapia in a lightly greased 13x9- inch baking dish. Sprinking with salt and pepper. In a small bowl microwave- safe bowl, melt butter and honey. Stir in mustard. Brush on fish. Combine bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley. Spoon evenly over fish. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with lemon and parsley, if desired.
