1 Point Chocolate Chip Muffin

Ingredients:
1 3/4 Wheat Flour
3/4 C. Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 t. Soda
1/4 t. Salt
1 c. Sugar
1 1/2 t. Baking Powder
2 T & 2 t. Fiber Supplement
2 T. Buttermilk
3 Egg Whites
1/2 Applesauce (unsweetened)
1 1/2 t. Vanilla
2 C. Water
1/2 C. Chocolate Chips

Mix dry ingredients: 
1 3/4 Wheat Flour
3/4 C. Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 t. Soda
1/4 t. Salt
1 c. Sugar
1 1/2 t. Baking Powder
2 T & 2 t. Fiber Supplement
2 T. Buttermilk

Mix wet ingredients:
3 Egg Whites
1/2 C. Applesauce (unsweetened)
1 1/2 t. Vanilla
1/2 C. Water

Mix the dry and wet ingredients together, do not over stir. 
Slowly add 1 1/2 C. of hot water to the mixture. 

Fill each muffin tin about 2/3 of the way, then sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Bake in the oven at *350 for 20 minutes or until done, cool and enjoy.
