Texas Sheet Cake

Pre-heat oven for 350

Mix in a bowl
2 C. sugar

2 C. flour

1/2 tsp. salt


On stove
2 sticks of butter

1 C. water

4 Tb. coco


Bring to a boil

Pour chocolate mixture in flour mixture.
Then stir in:
1/2 C. sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda

The batter will be thin...


Pour into a greased 10x15 pan

Cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes.


Icing
On the stove bring to boil:
1 stick butter

6 Tb. milk

4 Tb. coco

Take off heat and add:
1 C. pecan nuts
1 box of powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Spread mixture on warm cake.

Best with vanilla ice cream. :D
